If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it along with your original invoice to Meerschaum Depot within 30 days of purchase.

All meerschaum pipes must be returned in the original custom fitted case and must be unsmoked. Pack and return securely, and, for your safety, insure it for its value.

The pipe will be evaluated under the guidelines set forth in the Meerschaum Depot Limited Warranty. If the pipe is within warranty, we will repair it, replace it or refund your money.

We reserve the right to limit number of returns permitted without valid receipts.
