Meerschaum Depot smoking pipes are warranted, only to the original purchaser, against the bowl burnout or bowl cracks from smoking for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. There are no other warranties, express or implied.

The Meerschaum Depot Warranty, as stated above, is only available to consumers who have purchased their pipes from our website or received them as gifts from direct purchasers. Proof and documentation may be required to establish the date and place of purchase.

By way of example only, and not in limitation of any of the foregoing, the following are specifically excluded from this warranty:

• Any damage caused by intentionally or accidentally and any damage, except bowl burnout or bowl cracks, to the pipe shank and/or mouthpiece is not covered by this warranty.
• Pipes acquired by trade for value, purchase, or on any other secondary basis whatsoever (including, but not limited to, purchases over the Internet or taking place at hobby shows) may not be presented for coverage under this warranty.

Meerschaum Depot does not extend any refund privilege to purchasers. This warranty provides for replacements only. No affiliated retailer, club or person may extend any other warranty, or means of satisfying the express warranty extended herein, in any manner that binds Meerschaum Depot.

This is a limited warranty only. Therefore, it does not modify any rights provided under applicable state or federal law.
